6 Panel Aluminium Folding Door – 5400 × 2100mm

6 Panel Aluminium Folding Door – 5400 × 2100mm

This 6 Panel Aluminium Folding Door – 5400 × 2100mm provides a broad glazed entrance across six connected folding panels. Its generous width makes it ideal for large patios, entertainment areas and living spaces where you want to create a strong connection between adjoining areas.

The panels travel along the aluminium track and fold together towards the selected stacking side. Therefore, the door can reveal a much larger portion of the 5400mm-wide opening than a conventional sliding door with overlapping panels.

When closed, the six glazed panels provide an expansive view and allow natural light into the room. When opened, they help transform separate indoor and outdoor areas into one larger entertainment space.

Please study the technical opening-configuration drawing in the product gallery before ordering. It identifies the traffic door, panel movement and stacking side as viewed from outside.

Glass Options and Prices

Choose from three glass options:

• Clear glass – R36,072.05
• Low-E glass – R52,750.50
• Double Glazed glass – R44,590.10

All prices include 15% VAT.

Clear glass maximises visibility and allows generous natural light into the interior. Double Glazed glass uses two panes to improve insulation compared with ordinary single glazing. Alternatively, Low-E glass helps reduce heat transfer through the glazed area.

Each listed price covers the complete six-panel folding door with your selected glass.

Select the Opening Direction

Choose the required opening direction as viewed from outside.

Left-opening and right-opening configurations mirror one another. Therefore, please check the gallery illustration carefully before choosing your option.

The technical drawing will help you confirm:

• The traffic-door position
• The direction in which the panels move
• The side where the panels stack
• Whether you require a left-opening or right-opening configuration

Always make this selection while viewing the doorway from the exterior of the building.

Benefits of a Six-Panel Folding Door

A conventional sliding door leaves part of the opening covered by overlapping panels. In contrast, a folding system allows the connected panels to fold towards the side of the frame.

This 5400mm-wide configuration may suit:

• Large covered patios
• Entertainment areas
• Braai rooms
• Living rooms opening onto gardens
• Indoor-outdoor dining areas
• Hospitality venues
• Offices and meeting spaces
• Residential renovation projects

The 2100mm height provides a familiar standard-height format, while the considerable width creates an impressive glazed feature.

Confirm Your Measurements Before Ordering

This product measures 5400mm wide × 2100mm high. These measurements refer to the overall product dimensions and should not automatically be treated as the required building-opening measurements.

Before ordering, confirm:

• The overall product dimensions
• The six-panel configuration
• Your selected glass
• The required frame colour
• The opening direction viewed from outside
• The measurements and condition of the prepared opening

The prepared opening must be square, level and plumb so that the aluminium frame, track and folding panels can operate correctly.
