6 Panel Aluminium Folding Door – 3900 × 2400mm

6 Panel Aluminium Folding Door – 3900 × 2400mm

This 6 Panel Aluminium Folding Door – 3900 × 2400mm divides the glazed opening across six connected folding panels. It provides a practical solution for patios, entertainment areas and living spaces where you want natural light as well as the ability to open a substantial part of the doorway.

The panels move along the aluminium track and fold together towards the selected stacking side. Therefore, the door can provide a broader usable opening than a conventional sliding door with overlapping panels.

When closed, the six glazed panels create a wide view through the doorway. When opened, they help connect indoor living areas with patios, gardens and covered outdoor spaces.

Please check the technical configuration drawing in the product gallery before ordering. It identifies the traffic door, panel movement and stacking side when viewed from outside.

Glass Options and Prices

Choose from three glass options:

• Clear glass – R35,597.10
• Low-E glass – R50,242.35
• Double Glazed glass – R41,429.90

All listed prices include 15% VAT.

Clear glass maximises visibility and natural light. Double Glazed glass uses two panes to improve insulation compared with ordinary single glazing. Alternatively, Low-E glass helps reduce heat transfer through the glazed area.

Each listed price covers the complete six-panel door with your selected glass.

Select the Opening Direction

Choose the opening direction as viewed from outside.

The left-opening and right-opening configurations mirror one another. Consequently, you should check the gallery illustration carefully before making your selection.

The drawing will help you confirm:

• The position of the traffic door
• The direction in which the panels move
• The side where the folded panels stack
• Whether you require a left-opening or right-opening configuration

Always make your selection while viewing the opening from the exterior of the building.

Benefits of a Six-Panel Folding Door

A traditional sliding door leaves part of its opening covered by overlapping panels. In contrast, a folding system allows the connected panels to fold towards the side of the frame.

The six-panel arrangement divides the 3900mm width into manageable connected sections. This configuration may suit:

• Covered patios
• Entertainment areas
• Braai rooms
• Living rooms opening onto gardens
• Indoor-outdoor dining areas
• Offices and meeting spaces
• Hospitality venues
• Residential renovations

The 2400mm height also creates a spacious glazed entrance while remaining suitable for many residential and commercial projects.

Confirm Your Measurements Before Ordering

This product measures 3900mm wide × 2400mm high. These measurements describe the overall product size and should not automatically be treated as the required building-opening dimensions.

Before ordering, confirm:

• The overall door dimensions
• The six-panel configuration
• Your chosen glass
• The frame colour
• The opening direction viewed from outside
• The measurements and condition of the prepared opening

The opening must be square, level and plumb so that the aluminium frame, track and folding panels can operate correctly.
